FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does the evening involve?
The Lost Love is a Roaring '20s summer paradise, a red-hot home to tycoons and starlets, mobsters and bootleggers, wild bohemians and aspiring artists.
Think of it as a sultry 1920's jazz club, a prohibition cocktail bar serving ice-cold moonshine, an extraordinary Manhattan restaurant full of sizzling BBQ dishes from chef Neil Rankin and a ravishing Jazz Age show, complete with West End stars and an elite jazz band.
At the Lost Love, we specialise in weaving these elements into one. You may be served food as part of a story or discover your jazz singer is actually a character with a bewitching tale to tell...
For more than that, you'll simply have to join us. Just know that whatever happens, the jazz will be hot, the moonshine will be cool and you will be utterly fabulous.
We have three ticket types available for the experience. You can choose to dine with us or just come for the show - it's up to you. Click the question below to read more about your options.
"[THE LOST LOVE] HAS TO GO DOWN AS ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS EVER.
The venue was perfect and the whole ''prohibition secret vibe'' really well delivered. The live band was great however it was more of a performance than just music, which made it EVEN BETTER. I cannot wait until I hear when the next show is. IT REALLY SHOULDN'T BE MISSED"

Do you cater to dietary requests?
Yes absolutely! Both the a la carte and Flappers & Gangsters menus have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options. Sadly, the Tycoons and Movie Stars menu does not have any dietary alternatives available at the moment. We'll let you know if that changes.
do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we do! Whilst our front door is manned by security at all times, the cloakroom itself is unmanned. As such, items are left at guests' own risk. Whilst we've never had a problem with this in the past, we would advise leaving valuables at home or taking them with you into the Speakeasy.
What if I have mobility issues?
The Lost Love is on the 2nd floor of a listed building. If you're able to tackle 2 flights of stairs, then you're very welcome. We can always open the house early for you, provide plenty of assistance with the stairs and ensure your seating meets your every need. We also offer free tickets for carers.
Sadly, if the stairs are an issue, there's nothing we can do on this occasion. The Lost Love is hidden inside an old listed property and planning regulations prevent us from installing anything that might help. We're so sorry about this. Please know that the vast majority of our experiences are step-free so do stay in touch with us about upcoming adventures.
Can I share my link with anyone?
Yes, share it with all you wish. But do not post to your social channels. Our whereabouts must remain a mystery to all...

"AN AMAZING NIGHT OUT.
Just the right balance of performance, food and dancing. Themed cocktails and everyone in their flapper finery made for an excellent evening. The team of staff are all in character too and the band and singers were outstanding - EVERYONE WAS UP DANCING AT SOME POINT! We brought some old friends with us this time and THEY ARE STILL RAVING ABOUT IT."
